Campaign Period:

The campaign will begin on August 1, 2024, and end on September 30, 2024. Any orders received after this period will not be eligible for the rebate.

 

Eligibility:

• This campaign is open for Consumers residing in Malaysia who are 18 years and above with a valid TNG account. 

• The campaign is available at all Eclipse Authorized Dealer Stores in Malaysia for orders made during the campaign period.

Rebate Structure:

• Customers will receive up to RM 300 eWallet rebate when purchasing a selected Eclipse mattress in King or Queen sizes with full payment. Refer to the TNG Rebate credit table.

• The rebate will be credited directly to the customer's TNG eWallet within 14-21 working days after submission.

How to Participate:​

• Purchase: Buy any Eclipse mattress in King or Queen size at any selected Eclipse store.

• Proof of Purchase: Scan the QR code and upload your proof of purchase via the provided campaign link or click the Redeem Now button below.

• Receive Rebate: Receive your rebate credited to your TNG eWallet within 14-21 working days.

Submission Requirements:

• Proof of purchase must be clear and legible.

• Only one rebate claim per mattress purchase is allowed.

• Upload personal information. All the required information in the form must be accurately filled. Failure to provide the details will prolong the process of rebate or void the rebate claim.

• Upload the serial number of the mattress (found at the back of the mattress). How to locate your serial number?

• Upload proof of purchase (sales invoice showing the date of purchase, retailer name, product name/model, purchase price, and payment made). 

• The campaign is valid for transactions made within the campaign period only.

Terms and Conditions:

• This offer is valid only during the campaign period from 1st August 2024 to 30th September 2024.

• The rebate is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Eclipse reserves the right to amend or terminate the campaign without prior notice.

• Eclipse is not responsible for any issues related to TNG eWallet accounts or transactions.

• In case of any disputes, the decision of Eclipse and TNG eWallet will be final.​
